We have multiple options when it comes to laying a loved one to rest in our gardens. The price of our properties depends on the type (ground burial, cremation niche, mausoleum, etc.) and where the property is located on the grounds. Owensboro Memorial Gardens was established to provide families with a peaceful, park-like environment. That means you won’t find upright granite grave markers. Our memorials are flat bronze markers, which allow us to better maintain the beauty of the park and provide unhindered views. Learn more about our floral policies.

Any type of floral arrangement – living or artificial – may be placed in the bronze cemetery vases at your loved one’s burial space.

Each of these are types of above-ground resting places. A niche is a final resting place for cremated remains placed in an urn. A niche may be located inside a mausoleum or on the exterior of a mausoleum.

A crypt is a final resting place in which the casket is placed inside a mausoleum or on the exterior of a mausoleum. A crypt can be configured for two people (called a companion crypt) or an individual (a single crypt). We can help you determine if a niche or a crypt is right for you.

Our cemetery can accommodate the following in one memorial space:

• One casket burial
• One casket burial + one urn vault (cremated remains) burial
• Two urn vault (cremated remains)

We deeply understand the importance of a permanent resting place for loved ones and their families. When a burial space, crypt or niche is purchased, a portion of those monies are placed into a trust fund designated solely for the upkeep and maintenance of Owensboro Memorial Gardens. We call this Perpetual Care. Because of this trust, your family can be assured your cemetery will be cared for generations to come.
